After printing my tents endlessly on paper, I began printing them on plaster as a way of turning print into sculpture, and combining them with small cast bronze shacks. I want to continue to layer living over each other.
I told a friend about how I really liked this person and didn't have what it took to verbally tell them, so I resorted to mailing them a post card which simply said, 'i like you, damn it'. She loved the idea of hitting on someone through the mail, and turned my idea into a knit postcard. I love this version for so many reasons, mostly because after I mailed my postcard, the recipient stopped talking to me and avoided me at all costs. I like to think of it as a funny poke at my failure, and a giant fuck you to him.

Enameled mosquito broach.

Silkscreens of overlapping images. I like to think of it as the way I see everything around me.

Series of photogravures.

I used to sleep in the woods, working across the road for a company doing seasonal work. Then at the end of the day crossing back across the road to my fire pit and tent. I thought it was funny the way everyone in the woods lived on top of each other, like a sea of tents and campsites, some bunched together like communities, others across the way. Most within eye shot of the rest. In a vast area we all lived over each other. Everything we did crossed.
